Patrick Cooley

Mr. Cooley is a senior managing director and global controller for CarVal Investors. He is responsible for managing all accounting and operations globally. Mr. Cooley joined Cargill’s Financial Markets Group in 1997 and CVI in 2001. He has held several finance, accounting and reporting positions in the U.S. and Japan. Most recently, he served as global controller for CarVal Investors’ loan portfolio and real estate businesses. Mr. Cooley began his career as an accountant for Honeywell. He received his B.S. in business and accounting from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
