Brian Zeiger

Mr. Zeiger is a director for CarVal Investors and is responsible for portfolio management of CVI’s North American real estate investments. Prior to joining CVI in 2009, Mr. Zeiger was an investment associate at Fremont Realty Capital, an affiliate of the Bechtel family office, where he focused on real estate acquisitions and asset management. Previously, he was part of the real estate investment banking group at Bank of America Securities and the middle-market M&A group at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Zeiger received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and his B.A. in economics and applied mathematics from Northwestern University. Mr. Zeiger is a CFA charterholder.
