Ms. Morris is the chief financial officer at AB CarVal. In addition to being responsible for oversight of the firm’s management company and the global technology function, Ms. Morris is also a key member of the AB CarVal compensation team. Ms. Morris serves on the firm’s Audit and Compliance, Human Capital and Compensation, Information Security, Technology Steering, and Third-Party Risk Management committees. Prior to joining AB CarVal in 2009, Ms. Morris worked at Deephaven Capital Management, AEW Capital Management and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Ms. Morris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting, both from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
