Mr. Kulo is the chief human capital officer for AB CarVal. Prior to joining AB CarVal in 2020, Mr. Kulo was global head of human resources for Castleton Commodities and prior to that, held the same position at Evercore. Mr. Kulo was with J.P. Morgan Chase where he held several HR leadership roles. He has also held positions in recruiting and HR for Broadview International and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Kulo earned his M.A. in organizational psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University and his B.A. in psychology from the University of Connecticut.
