Robert Sinclair

Mr. Sinclair is a managing director for AB CarVal, responsible for sourcing and managing investments in European loan portfolios. Prior to joining AB CarVal, Mr. Sinclair worked in Credit Suisse’s UK investment banking team. Prior to that, Mr. Sinclair worked as a lawyer at Allen & Overy in London, practicing across its real estate and capital markets teams and also on secondment at The Royal Bank of Scotland supporting their structured derivatives business. Mr. Sinclair completed his M.B.A. with Distinction and a concentration in finance at London Business School and received his L.L.B. from the University of Law, London and his B.A. from the University of Oxford, graduating with first-class honors.
